Top Shelf List is a small operation, so email is the whole support department. Here's where each kind of message should go.
Don't email these — use the Report button on the item itself. It puts the item straight into the moderation queue with your note attached, which is both faster and easier for a moderator to act on than a description in an email.
support@topshelflist.com — anything about your account, a submission that didn't go through, or how the site works. If you haven't already, the About page covers voting, karma, trust levels, and badges.
Copyright complaints go to dmca@topshelflist.com and need to meet the requirements set out in our Terms. Notices sent anywhere else will be redirected here, which only slows things down.
Prices and availability come from Amazon and can change after we've fetched them — see the affiliate disclosure for how the links work and how the site is funded. If a price on a product page looks badly out of date, send the link to support@topshelflist.com.
